Results Reunion Panel with Chiropractors that worked with Dr. Pierce directly discussing their experiences and stories

This seminar brings chiropractic back to its foundation: the art, science, and philosophy of identifying and correcting subluxation.

The goal of this seminar is to help students l move beyond simply learning adjustment techniques and begin developing the ability to think like a chiropractor—to put their hands on a patient, evaluate what they are feeling, correlate those findings with objective clinical information, determine what needs to be addressed, and confidently decide when—and when not—to adjust.

We begin with one of the most important tools a chiropractor possesses: their hands.

Students will work extensively on palpation, anatomical landmarks, joint play, tissue tone, swelling, tenderness, patient positioning, doctor positioning, line of correction, and adjustment setups. From the first handshake to the adjustment itself, we will explore how confidence, intention, knowledge, and skilled hands influence the patient experience.

Putting the Pieces Together

From there, we will dive deeper into the clinical subluxation complex and the art of correlating multiple findings. Students will learn how thermography, fossa readings, motion X-ray/DDR findings, palpation, range of motion, leg checks, muscle testing, global assessment, and other clinical indicators can work together to create a clearer picture of the patient in front of them.

The goal is to learn how to put the entire clinical picture together.

Students will practice spinal adjustment setups throughout the cervical, thoracic, lumbar, pelvic, and sacral regions while developing better hand position, stance, patient positioning, line of correction, and adaptability. The seminar will also explore pressure techniques, Logan Basic concepts, and strategies for working with different body types and clinical presentations.

We will then look beyond the adjustment itself.

Saturday Speakers presenting to attendees at September Showcase

Students will explore the relationship between chronic subluxation patterns, muscular compensation, and extremity patterns—including practical work with the suboccipitals, scalenes, trapezius, levator scapulae, rhomboids, quadratus lumborum, glutes, and piriformis. The focus will be understanding when muscle work may complement chiropractic care rather than simply treating tight muscles in isolation.

The Art of the Conversation

And because being an excellent chiropractor requires more than excellent hands, we will spend significant time on The Art of Conversation.

How do you take someone who walked into your office because their neck hurts and help them understand a bigger picture of health?

How do you explain subluxation, the nervous system, healing, objective findings, and the goals of care without sounding scripted?

How do you create value, handle objections, conduct a powerful report of findings, structure re-evaluations, and build an office culture where patients understand what you do and why you do it?

We will break down the patient journey—from the first phone call and Day 1 consultation through the report of findings, routine visits, re-evaluations, and long-term care—and discuss how communication, clinical results, patient education, staff training, and office culture work together.

Advanced Case Studies

This is not a seminar where students simply sit and listen.

Advanced clinical case studies will be worked through in detail with the students, challenging them to take the concepts learned  and apply them to realistic patient presentations.

The objective is to begin bridging the gap between knowing individual chiropractic skills and knowing how to put those skills together when a real patient is standing in front of you.

Chiropractors applying the concepts discussed at the September Showcase

Chiropractic can have a profound impact on people’s lives.

Our challenge to every student attending this weekend is simple:

Know your philosophy. Understand your science. Master your art.

And become exceptionally good at what you do.
